Relationships can create a sense of safety and stability in a chaotic world. It can feel alarming when this sense of safety is threatened. I work with couples to explore the needs of each individual and establish ways to get those needs met. I also work to uncover deeper emotions that are often buried under cycles of conflict. My aim for couples therapy is to create a space to foster a profoundly fulfilling connection.
